Small Business Opportunities - Can Rocks Think?

There seems to be a lot of small business opportunities available with the federal government according to SBA.Gov. Even loans and grants. My business partner and I used to joke about getting a grant from the government to find out if rocks could think or getting research money for some other silly thing that you hear the government has given people or scientists grants for in the past.

Actually in one of the four Gospels the Lord said if the people didn't praise Him, the rocks would cry out, so there you go. Rocks can cry. Maybe a grant to see if rocks can think isn't so silly after all. Maybe wondering about some of the people that you know or run into have the ability to think might be more far-fetched.
